Mama Movement

This program is great for the Mama to Be, the Mama that just became or the Mama any where in between!! The program will be 8 weeks long, one physical class per week PLUS one virtual meeting with the group weekly. With this workshop you are getting movement and community in one! Make sure to have your kiddos join the class, all age ranges are welcomed (newborn - school aged) This workshop is LIVE - all class will be done live every week, however they will be posted in the library for viewing after in case you missed it, because we all know "Mom Life" and sometimes what you had planned just doesn't go that way!
