Bringing Yoga into your event can be a game changer, it helps to break the ice, yoga lays down the foundation for connection and bonding.

Over the past year and a half I have been able to slow things down and really find where my passions are.

Yoga is definitely one of them, however, I have a deep passion for connection, community and writing out my thoughts.
Coming in March I will be launching my blog, where weekly I will talk about whatever I am feeling, it may be related to Yoga, to motherhood, to friendship, relationships... the sky is the limit.
